These are the official Terms and Conditions of Use for Ritual House located at 828 Ralph McGill Blvd NE, Atlanta, GA 30306, herein known as “Company,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our.”

“You” and “Your” refer to all purchasers, participants, or attendees of this workshop and any related materials (“Offering”).

NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions are legally binding. It is your responsibility to read these Terms before purchasing or attending this Offering.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This website is owned and operated by Ritual House. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Attendance is at your own risk.

Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

EVENT DESCRIPTION & CONDITIONS

Our Offerings:

1. Portfolio Peer: a 12-module, self-guided digital course for trademark certification
2. The Residency
3. The Workshop: one-day, in-person transformational workshop hosted onsite at the Ritual House Studio, facilitated by Olamide Michelle in her capacity as a creative strategist, educator, and founder — not as your attorney.
   1. Your purchase includes access to:
      1. The one-day in-person experience
      2. Grounding and wellness sessions
      3. Creative direction and brand clarity support
      4. On-site photography and styling
      5. A follow-up integration call

Because this event requires planning, staffing, and studio preparation, all ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

Although Olamide Michelle is a licensed attorney, this workshop does not create an attorney–client relationship.
Nothing provided during or after the workshop — including audits, templates, discussions, feedback, or resource sharing — should be interpreted as legal advice.

All information shared is educational and informational only.
If you require legal counsel, you must formally engage OMI Legal through a signed engagement agreement.

NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

This Offering does not provide:

- Medical advice

- Legal advice

- Financial advice

- Psychological advice

- Any insights, exercises, or materials are provided for educational and wellness purposes only.

- You assume full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

MEDIA + PHOTO RELEASE

By attending this workshop, you grant Ritual House and Olamide Michelle permission to:

Photograph, film, or record you during the event

Use your image, voice, and likeness in marketing, advertising, social media, press, and promotional materials

Use photographs and videos captured onsite without requiring additional permission, notice, or compensation

You waive any rights to inspect or approve final materials.

If you object to being photographed, you must notify us in writing before the event and make every reasonable effort to avoid cameras and recording equipment.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, resources, frameworks, graphics, photos, audio, exercises, branding, and written content provided or displayed at the event or during follow-up support are the exclusive property of Ritual House.

You receive a limited, personal-use-only license to access workshop materials.

You may not:

- Record, reproduce, sell, share, or distribute any workshop materials

- Repurpose content for your own commercial programs

- Present or publish Company’s intellectual property as your own

- Infringement will result in immediate removal from the Offering and legal remedies as permitted by law.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By attending this workshop, you acknowledge and agree that in-person events may involve physical movement, grounding exercises, or sensory experiences. You elect to participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with attendance.

You agree to release Company from liability for injury, illness, damages, losses, or other claims arising from Your participation, except in cases of gross negligence as defined by law.

NO REFUNDS / CANCELLATION

All sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued for any reason.
If you cannot attend, you forfeit your ticket.

In the rare case Company must cancel or reschedule, you will be notified via email and offered a comparable alternate date or credit.

CONDUCT & SAFETY

You agree to behave respectfully toward all participants, facilitators, and staff. Company may remove any attendee for disruptive behavior, intoxication, harassment, or conduct that creates an unsafe or inappropriate environment — without refund.

FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT

Your purchase includes one follow-up integration call, delivered after the event. This call is:

- Not legal advice

- Not a strategy retainer

- Not an ongoing service agreement

- It is strictly a reflective and clarity-support session.

PAYMENT TERMS

You agree to pay the full ticket/event/program fee at checkout. Failure to process payment may result in removal from the attendee list. No refunds on any products and programs provided by Ritual House. 

Chargebacks will be contested with proof of purchase, access, and these Terms.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes must first be attempted through mediation in Atlanta, Georgia, before pursuing legal action.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

You agree not to make defamatory or false statements online or offline about Company, the Offering, or its representatives.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the full agreement between You and Company regarding this event.

CONSENT

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
