Olamide Michelle
As a licensed attorney and brand strategist, I’ve worked closely with founders building creative, wellness, and product-based brands.
Through that work, I supported founders in gaining visibility and momentum. Without clear foundations, brands were growing, but legal, structural, and strategic decisions were often being made reactively. Without support, many leaders were burning out while trying to hold everything together on their own.
I created the Ritual House Residency in response to that gap.
This program brings together the elements I believe are essential for long-term success: strong business fundamentals, legal awareness, thoughtful brand strategy, and intentional leadership. It’s designed for founders who want clarity around what they’re building, confidence in how they’re building it, and support that respects both their ambition and their wellbeing.

The Ritual House Residency is a curated, year-long membership designed for founders and creatives who want intentional growth supported by strategy, structure, and community.
Residents receive access to the core Ritual House experience, including group-based brand and business strategy, foundational legal guidance, and consistent touchpoints that support clarity, execution, and sustainable growth. The Residency also includes participation in a private community centered on accountability, creativity, and long-term vision building.

FAQ
Is this virtual or in-person?
The Residency is based in Atlanta, Georgia on the Beltline. Residents will have the option to attend in-person events and creative workshops. Monthly group coaching will always be recorded and available to the community.
Is enrollment rolling?
Yes! You can join all year long, each quarter. Enroll for the full year or one quarter at a time. Membership is limited to 12 members, so availability may be limited.
What is the difference between VIP and regular residency?
VIP residents get all the essentials plus intensive private consulting & event space access to promote their products each quarter.
What sort of branding services will I get?
Each resident will receive professional headshots and several opportunities to record video, podcast, or other creative brand assets on site at the studio.
Is there an installment plan for my investment?
You may pay in full and save or join quarterly. If you choose to continue through out the year, you will be billed quarterly.
Who will lead The Residency?
Founder, licensed attorney and experienced business coach, Olamide Michelle, will guide the community. Guest experts in marketing, finance, wellness, content editing, and more will join us for year-round support.
